Directions of use and use levels
Add the product into fat or oil of 60 °C while stirring until the product is completely dissolved. Avoid entrapping air. Recommended in-use concentration in fats and oils is 50–100 ppm (50– 100 g per metric ton), higher levels are authorised in some other applications. Please refer to Regulation (EC) 1333/2008 and relevant national legislations for the maximum in-use levels and other relevant rules.
